310W/001 Coverall Type 3+4

The ChemDefend® 310 series coveralls are constructed from a unique non-woven composite designed to provide a high degree of barrier properties against the penetration of inorganic chemicals and contaminants.

The material offers a high level of comfort, strength, and durability. A polyethylene barrier layer is combined with a meltblown polypropylene coating, and bonded to a structural spunbonded polypropylene base layer. This construction provides an excellent barrier against liquids under pressure.

The suit features several key design elements for maximum protection, comfort, and strength, as well as to facilitate donning and doffing. This includes a wide protective zipper flap with an integrated chin flap.

The suit is based on taped seam technology, where the seams provide the same chemical barrier as the rest of the suit. Additionally, all elastics in the coverall are fully bound and enclosed for comfort and to reduce the loss of threads or potential contamination from the coverall during a production process.
